A slab leak is found with a meter and a quiet house, and the first thing said here is how to do that yourself for nothing. UnderSlab belongs to NXTA Flow; it locates nothing, repairs nothing, and its household leak material is EPA’s.

What UnderSlab does
UnderSlab is a referral service operated by NXTA Flow. We connect homeowners with independent contractors for slab leak detection and repair.
It is fifteen pages on purpose. The coverage page explains why there are no town pages here.
The material behind it
Nearly every figure on this site comes from US EPA WaterSense, Fix a Leak Week — the two-hour meter test, the winter usage threshold, and the scale of what household leaks waste. Each page that uses one names it.
What it will not tell you
Not every slab is built the same way and the differences matter to anyone cutting one. We found no source we were willing to cite on how common each kind is, so no page here states it.
What the pages do instead is tell you the question has an answer, that it is answerable before work starts, and who is qualified to give it. An instruction we can stand behind, in place of a statistic we cannot. The same rule is why there are no prices anywhere on this site.
